WHERE IS MY CBD?

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of them being placed. Once your product has shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information. If for any reason you have not received an email, please email us at orders@vaiwellness.com.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You should receive an email notification with your tracking number once your package has shipped. If for whatever reason you did not receive one, please email orders@vaiwellness.com.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing your order very quickly after it is received. If we can intercept it before it has been processed, we will modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. To request a modification to or cancelation of your order send an email with your order number to orders@vaiwellness.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Return FAQ

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

If your product is damaged or the seal has been broken you can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. To request a replacement or credit send an email with your order number, a picture of the product, and description of the issue to returns@vaiwellness.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is not included on product replacements or credits. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do everything we can to get it right, but sometimes, something goes wrong. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a replacement or credit within 30 days of delivery. To request a credit or replacement send an email with your order number, a picture of the product, and description of the issue to returns@vaiwellness.com.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT?

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your replacement or credit. We will notify you by email when your replacement or credit has been processed.
